Hello,
Interesting blog, I just stumbled on it and I'm already a dedicated reader
I recently went down 30 pounds in 30 days, and I want to share my weight loss success
with as many people as possible. I wrote up my experience
on my blog, and I would love your feedback!

If I can lose weight then any one can. Whatever you do, never give up and you WILL
reach all your weight loss goals!
with kind regards,
Joan

I, on the other side, find Dr. D'Adamo's research most advanced stuff regarding dieting and well-being in general - available to date, especially with his new genotyping book and diet recommendations. I've been following it since it first came out and it works for me. He seems to be the only one who can recommend and explain most personalized nutrition and lifestyle. "One size/kind fits all" - like in most diets just doesn't convince me...

I remember this, too. I think at the time my mother told me with B+ it was in the dairy/cheese category or something. What I have found is the simple act of accurately calculating your BMR and staying under that (I actually figured mine for what I wanted to weight not what I then weighed) is the best. Since doing that (started 10/30) as of today I've lost 22 lbs and am 3 lbs ahead of what I'd set for my goal by the end of February. For my height I'm in the perfect range, but I think another 5 will make me feel my best. So, sorry... counting calories after figuring out your BMR and adding in your activity level (which I do not include and thus have probably lost more faster because of it) works. I've done Atkins. It works, but ruined my tastebuds for a year LOL! I've done Scarsdale's and it works, but the long and short is count calories and watch what you shove in your mouth - and voila! instant weight loss :)

Great post, thanks!
