Ramsey is at times (most of the time!) over the top, but that is entertainment! And his restaurant does have a reputation so they better be the best to work there! I love a lot of the food network shows like Iron Chef and Barefoot Contessa (paula Dean, and Bobby Flay I do not like!) I absolutely love Hell’s Kitchen!! On this one I notice it tells you they are a private chef, caterer, a head chef at a restaurant, etc, but doesn't mention the establishment. Maybe to make them more anonymous?
